De Simone property is a small estate on the southern coast of Italy.
The property was initially a stable built in the early eighties to serve farmers and their animals.
However, when the farm’s activity stopped, the owner decided
to augment his income by transforming the farmhouse into a touristic business.
The project challenge was to keep the local rustic charm and to offer a modern hospitality service.
